I help teams clarify problems before jumping into solutions.

I run qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys), map user journeys, and synthesize insights to identify real user needs and opportunity areas. This phase focuses on framing the right problems, aligning stakeholders, and defining clear product directions grounded in evidence.

I design intuitive, user-centered interfaces with a strong focus on clarity and usability.

From user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI, I translate insights into experiences that reduce friction, support user goals, and improve conversion. Design decisions are informed by testing, feedback, and continuous iteration.

I use AI as a supporting tool and sparring partner throughout the design process, from discovery to delivery. It helps accelerate research synthesis, explore patterns, identify edge cases in user flows, challenge assumptions and prototype early concepts faster.

Human judgment always remains central. Design decisions are grounded in user needs, business goals, and technical realities. AI supports my process ツ it doesn’t replace it.
