Context
Odda is a French cosmetics brand offering 100% natural solid products for skin and hair. More than just products, Odda delivers a sensory care experience rooted in natural composition and eco-conscious values. The challenge was to translate this brand promise into a seamless digital experience for first-time and returning customers alike.
Problem Space
As a new brand entering the market, Odda needed an online store that could inspire trust, convey product quality, and simplify the shopping journey. Without existing digital assets, the main challenge was to design an e-commerce experience from scratch that combined storytelling, usability, and persuasive design to drive both acquisition and loyalty.
Solution Space
I designed and developed a full UX/UI system for Odda’s e-commerce platform, focusing on clarity, softness, and simplicity. The information architecture highlighted key benefits and product categories, while the UI drew inspiration from the brand’s sensory identity, minimal, elegant, and calming. Optimized flows, strategic CTAs, and reassuring microcopy were introduced to guide users from discovery to checkout.
Impact
The launch delivered a cohesive brand experience that translated Odda’s sensory universe into digital form. Customers discovered a smooth, trust-building shopping journey that improved conversion potential, increased the average basket size through cross-selling opportunities, and laid strong foundations for long-term retention.
