Context
Paddle Paddle Surf Project is a non-profit association that promotes a more inclusive, sustainable, and supportive surfing community. To grow its impact, the organization needed a website that could both attract donations and facilitate professional partnerships while staying true to its community-driven values.
Problem Space
The absence of a clear digital identity limited the association’s ability to secure funding and professional recognition. Without a well-structured platform, it was difficult for potential donors to trust the initiative or for institutions to identify opportunities for collaboration.
Solution Space
I designed and developed the website with a minimal and editorial style, combining clarity with storytelling. The layout emphasized clean lines and white space, allowing each project to stand out through strong visual hierarchy and simple navigation. A fixed CTA on all pages was implemented to encourage donations, along with dedicated sections for institutional partners. The result is a platform that reinforces trust and credibility while reflecting the brand’s core values of inclusivity and sustainability.
Impact
Since launch, the platform has generated a +40% increase in partnership leads from professionals, a 23% rise in donations, and a growing community of volunteers supporting the association through logistics and material transport for populations with limited access to surfing.
